Leadership

Called to preach at the age of 12, Rev. Norris has been faithfully preaching the gospel for over 40 years. He began his tenure as a full time pastor in 1992 at Cherryville Missionary Methodist Church. In spring of 1999, Rev. Norris participated in a 40 day fast. It was during this time that he was called here (Calvary Methodist at the time) and by June 1999 he was brought on as lead pastor. He and his family all continue to serve the church diligently.

Joseph, along with his wife Allison lead our youth ministry program. Joseph has been involved in the youth ministry for over 10 years, and has been leading it since early 2016. Allison joined him in the youth ministry upon their marriage in 2021. They have a love for youth, and a desire to see them know and love Jesus.

Willie has faithfully served the church administratively for several years. He handles day to day operations and is a vital part in making the church function.
